  The best wedding cake we ever tasted was baked, decorated, and delivered to Philadelphia by Truly Scrumptious. After tasting mediocre cakes and fillings from several Philadelphia bakeries, we made an appointment with Cathy, who was charming and cooperative. Along with another couple, my wife and I tasted several amazing cakes, fillings, and icings, and had trouble eliminating any because they were all delicious. We ended up combining chocolate and funfetti layers in a square four layer cake, decorated with candy pearls and fresh flowers. It was spectacular, and the guests at the wedding raved. If you are willing to pay for the best, this is the go-to bakery for the best wedding and party cakes available!

  Great place. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Awesome cupcakes and coffee. Owner seemed nice and most of her staff goes out of there way for you. Only one time I had a server make the wrong type of drink for me.

  I had a cake made for a bridal shower and while it was beautifully decorated it was the wrong kind of cake. The owner said she would send me a gift certificate but after 4 months and 4 phone calls later I still have not received anything. Customer service is not a priority there.
